Once your payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive an e-mail containing your product key.

How long does it take to receive my product key?

Normally, the e-mail with the product key is delivered within a matter of minutes. It is very rare for the key not to be received but, if this is the case, please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders.

If you still cannot locate the message with the activation key or if you have entered a wrong e-mail address, please contact us and we will be happy to assit you.

Are digital products eligible for returns?

However, digital products can’t usually be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis. This means that the primary way for our customers to deal with any problems is to ask for a refund.
